Jessica's Pomeranian Home Health Guarantee
Following international health standards, you are advised that within 10 days of receiving your Pomeranian puppy, we require you to take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian for a checkup. If the VET finds out within the first 10 days of purchasing the puppy that it is sick of an illness that has been contracted before the date of delivery, you should contact us immediately.

Our Commitment to Health
The health of your Pomeranian is our top priority. While we wish we could guarantee your puppy will be happy and healthy for life, various factors beyond our control can influence their overall well-being. To ensure a healthy start, we collaborate with a network of reputable breeders who raise their puppies with love, socialization, and proper veterinary care. Each puppy undergoes thorough health checks, vaccinations, and deworming protocols before joining your family.
Health Guarantee
We are proud to say that our Pomeranian puppies are guaranteed to be in good health and free from any signs of infection at the time of shipment. We recognize the emotional attachment you develop with your puppy, and while we don’t believe any puppy can be replaced, we offer a replacement puppy of equal value in the event of unforeseen death or health disorders certified by a licensed veterinarian within one year of purchase.
Ongoing Support
Our relationship doesn’t end when you bring home a puppy. We provide continuous health advice to help you keep your new family member happy and healthy. We recommend the following:
- Health Examination: Send us a copy of the health examination (medical record) conducted by a licensed veterinarian within 10 business days of receiving your puppy.
- Vaccinations: Your puppy comes with age-appropriate vaccinations, so no additional vaccinations are needed.
- Deworming & Health Checks: We de-worm and vaccinate your puppy before shipping, and we encourage you to continue proper de-worming and regular health checks up to 16 weeks of age or more, as recommended by your vet.

Exceptions to this Guarantee
Please note that this guarantee is contingent upon the provision of regular veterinary care for your puppy. It does not cover costs associated with spaying or neutering, including cases of undescended testes.
Before shipping, each puppy undergoes a thorough examination by our licensed veterinarian. A detailed Veterinary Health Report, which certifies the health status of each puppy, is generated during this checkup. This report assesses the puppy against various health criteria, including Cardiovascular, Skin, Coat, Eyes, Mouth, Teeth, Gums, Musculoskeletal, Respiratory, Ears, Urogenital, and Gastrointestinal health.
This health report will be filled out on the date of shipping the puppy to you so that you are assured that the puppy’s health is guaranteed. This report is then reviewed for any issues or concerns notated by our veterinarian. And if there are any serious issues with the puppy then he/she will not be shipped to you. We also require you to get your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within ten days of receiving the puppy. Thanks for your cooperation.
